At Integrated Support our aim is to provide A high quality service which exactly matches the needs of each and every person we support
Integrated Support is a care and support provider for adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs and who, without specialist support may challenge services. We believe that all people within our service should be respected and have an informed choice regarding preferences within their lives.
INTEGRATED SUPPORT provides a service which is built around the needs and aspirations of the people we support. As each person's needs will change over time we continually adapt our service to ensure these needs are met and at all stages of their lives. We therefore build services around our service users as opposed to expecting service users to "fit in" to a service model.
To enable us to achieve this we offer:
A Short Break service which allows people to access a level of support as and when they need it. This service also helps to maintain existing family networks by affording parents or carers the opportunity for some time away from caring.
A Supported Living service in which each person is a tenant within their own home and is in receipt of the support they need on a daily basis from Domiciliary Services staff.
Residential services which afford service users who may require high acuity support at this stage in their life the opportunity to have intensive input.
A M.O.R.E. Day services facility in which people can engage in stimulating and meaningful activities of their choice and be encouraged and empowered to engage in new Motivational, Occupational, Recreational and Educational activities.
Across our range of services we raise people's hopes, expectations and quality of life by creating a pathway service which accommodates the needs of each and every person through all stages in their life.
Integrated Support service area covers the North East of England
